| Orchestra Recruitment: |

| Group Music Tree students and start the orchestra training process since the establishment. |

| Recruit members from local network and merge them with Music Tree students. |

| Orchestra Operation: |

| Each instrument teacher trains several kids together for different parts once a week. |

| All the instruments practice together once a month as an orchestra. |

| A practice/perform party together at Music Tree on every last Saturday in each moth. |

| We rank the members according to their performance level with their instrument and their ability of team work within the orchestra. |

| We store different level groups for each instrument. |

| The initial placed level is not permanent. It will be shuffled timely with the latest evaluated instrument playing level and performance within the orchestra. |
