| 3:Video samples of your performance for about 3 minutes, better with CDs and DVDs. |
| 4:Your passport information in word format, with a scanned e-version as well. |
| 5.A program list you wish to play in China, with a decent introduction of those music pieces. |
| 6:The most available time on your calender for us to schedule your concerts in China. |
| 7:Your bank account information for payment transfering, with your address. |
